When the boat won’t respond
A battery that won’t start the engine, a dead panel or a blank chartplotter just before departure can’t wait until Monday. We attend electrical and electronic emergencies in port at any hour, with priority for boats that can’t sail.
The more you tell us when you call, the sooner we can help: type of boat, port and berth, what has failed and since when. If you can, send photos or a video on WhatsApp; sometimes they let us bring the right part straight away.
While you wait
If you smell burning or see smoke, switch off the battery isolators and disconnect shore power, but only if you can do so safely. In case of fire or danger to people, call 112. For emergencies at sea, contact Salvamento Marítimo on VHF channel 16 or +34 900 202 202.

How quickly can you get there?
It depends on the port and the time of day. La Línea de la Concepción is our base and where we reach you fastest; we give you an estimate when you call.
